• After receiving the replacement, the customer must return the original EMV Card Reader (bad unit) within one week. Timely return is mandatory to complete the exchange.
• Each replacement unit is professionally refurbished, inspected, and tested to restore proper functionality and ensure reliable performance before shipment.
