How Call Time Works
Each quantity equals 15 minutes of live support
Minimum support call: 15 minutes (Qty: 1)
Increase quantity to extend your call time:
Qty 1 = 15 minutes
Qty 2 = 30 minutes
Qty 3 = 45 minutes
Qty 4 = 60 minutes
Select the total time you need by adjusting the quantity before adding to the cart.
Standard Service Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
Requests must be sent during service hours and require at least 1 hour of advance notice.
Support calls require a minimum booking time of 15 minutes.
Extended or alternate service hours are available with prior email confirmation.
You only pay for the time you select—no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no long-term commitments. Any time used beyond the selected tier will be billed after the support call.
